没有车的校友请在注册时通报一声并切记将手机号码登记，组委会将安排会议的接送以及机场接送工作。我们建议大家选择BWI机场 (离会议地约十五英里）而不是Dulles机场（离会议地约五十英里）。
聚会议程 (修改版本详见附件)
上午全体会议的内容基本确定，主要是探讨湘雅文化、展示海外校友的成就。我们仍然希望有校友自告奋勇主讲“如何取得病人信任”（"How to Gain the Trust of Your Patient?”）。你可以毛遂自荐，也可以推举你所熟悉的校友。征题讲座 “Open Topic with award”是针对学生（包括在美国学习的湘雅在校学生和在美国攻读学位的湘雅毕业生/校友）以及其他博士后（包括住院医）。校友会希望能为你们提供一个友好的练习平台，不要错过良机。如果在5月25日之前无人申请获选，我们将取消此项。
下午的专题讨论内容很丰富，目的是想使聚会不仅能够反映、而且有益于我们的生活和经历，希望各位发言人准备好一个大约十分钟的短小发言，随后举持人将组织专家和入会者进行提问和讨论。有兴趣的校友仍可以继续报名参加专家小组。我们将在五月中旬与各位发言人联系。如果在5月25日之前没有落实，我们将取消相关的内容项目。
A.L.E. 项目（Art, Life & Entertainment）以及其他准备工作都在积极进行。希望有兴趣的校友将有关湘雅的不同时期的照片和自己的摄影作品带来进行展出，并再次欢迎各位校友将自己的单反相机带来参加免费学习。以下为各个项目的负责人：

HOTEL
There are many available hotels nearby with a reasonable price. We recommend Sheraton Columbia, which sits by a lake with beautiful setting and is close to a shopping center. It is also easier for the organizing committee to arrange transportation for those who don’t have a car.

REGISTRATION AND FEE
Please register online at our website (http://xyoaa.org/webform/2014-xyoaa-anniversary-ceremony-and-symposium-online-registration
) to assist our committee for better preparation. The registration fee will be increased if you register after June 13, 2014.
TRANSPORTATION
Please indicate in the registration form if you require an assistance in transportation so that the organizing committee can arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel and the gathering venue. We recommend you choose BWI Airport for landing destination (approx. 15 miles from the hotel/conference center) rather than Dulles Airport (50 miles far away from the hotel).
PROGRAM
Attached please find the revised program. Note that we are still searching for speaker for “How to Gain the Trust of Your Patient” and “Open Topic with Award”. We will post the final program in the first week of June.
We would like to thank those alumni who have provided valuable suggestions, and those who have spread the news via social media and encouraged alumni/friends to attend. Your enthusiasm is very much appreciated!
