We would like to call for news reports and stories about our overseas alumni. This website is designed to serve Xiangya Overseas Alumni and its content should reflect our alumni’s work and life. Please help XYOAA to achieve this goal by sending the news and sharing your stories. Specifically, we are looking for the following news and stories:

Research:
Recent publications: Any topics will be welcome: CNS, CV system, endocrine, cancer, pulmonary, renal, GI, anesthesia, surgery, ob/gyn, pain, immunology, bioinformatics, etc. We would like to hear from you about your exciting discoveries in the lab, in clinical practice or R& D. When you send us the news and stories, please attached a short paragraph of summary about 1) Underlying question(s) of the study, 2) Summary of the main findings, 3) Significance of the discovery.

Clinical work:
News of new clinical initiatives and new techniques in your practice. Openning of a new clinical practice. Essay of your resident/fellowship training and clinical practice.

Awards/honors:
If you won new grants/awards from NIH, NSF, HHMI, or private foundations (AHA, Cancer foundation, ASA, ADA, etc.), please share the good news with us. If you won an award(s), we would like to know. If you are elected to an important position in a committee, study section, hospital or an organization, please share the news with us.

Personal life:
Parenting experience: Please share your parenting experience with other alumni.
News about your children's successful stories: academic and extracurricular activities, college applications, etc.
Local alumni gathering and activities.
Hobby: fishing and golfing, etc.
